Then the two peptide chains can dimerize in a head-to-tail fashion. This BsAb can retarget T cells to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL); Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL); Diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) therapy.
