Recombinant Anti-BAFF x Anti-B7RP1 Bispecific Antibody (Tandem Fab) is designed to be expressed as three chains derived from the variable domains of anti-BAFF and anti-B7RP1 parental antibodies. It contains a His-tag for affinity purification. And the two Fd regions are connected by a flexible linker. This BsAb can bind and inactivate two ligands simultaneously. It can inhibit B cell survival and T cell costimulation. It is designed for the research of Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) therapy.
