GAHL40 is part of the anti-Human Gold Conjugate family. It is Goat anti Human IgG heavy and light chain specific antibody that reacts with the whole molecule. It may also react with the light chains of other human immunoglobulins. This is a range of immunoglobulin-binding antibodies or proteins conjugated to BBI gold nanoparticles for use in the detection of human immunoglobulins. It consists of affinity isolated anti-Human antibody produced in goat and coupled to citrate capped 40nm gold nanoparticles that is suitable for use in lateral flow devices and for secondary detection of human antibody labelled samples. The conjugate is suspended in a low molarity buffer 2mM disodium tetraborate buffer, pH7.2, containing 0.095% Sodium Azide as preservative. This buffer will maintain the activity of the antibody attached to the surface of the gold colloid, without causing particle aggregation, and can easily be substituted for a customers buffer of choice for their assay. This product can be purchased online in 5ml or 100mL volumes at OD10. For larger volumes, please discuss your requirements with our sales team.
