"GMR (CD116 Receptor) h(CD28-CD3_) Ligand-based CAR, pCDCAR1" | Creative Biolabs

The granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) is an immunomodulatory cytokine capable of tuning the phenotype of myeloid cells but also T cells through myeloid intermediaries. Its main target is GM-CSF receptor (GMR), composed of two subunits: CD116 that is present in more than 60% of AML. A second-generation ligand-based CAR-T cell targeting GMR is expected to demonstrat antiproliferative effects against AML.
Creative Biolabs provides a second-generation CAR vector which is designed using IL-11 peptide/protein as the extracellular domain. The vector is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target Human IL-15R_.
