FLT3L CAR-T have been proposed against AML. FLT3L-FLT3 interaction allows dimerization and phosphorylation of FLT3 and activation of downstream signaling pathways that end up in cell growth and survival. Since FLT3L CAR-T allows ligand-dependent activation, it can stimulate this phosphorylation and may promote cell growth in FLT3 WT.
