The vector of FLT3LG chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is a ligand-based CAR constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human FLT3. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing expressing protein of PD-1 FLT3LG linked to CD28 and CD3_ signaling domains.
