The vector of HSP90AA1 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is a ligand-based CAR constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human CFTR. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing expressing protein of PD-1 HSP90AA1 linked to CD28 and CD3_ signaling domains.
