The vector of HLA-A chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is a ligand-based CAR constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human KIR3DL1. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing expressing protein of PD-1 HLA-A linked to CD28 and CD3_ signaling domains.
