The vector of anti-FR-beta chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to simultaneously target two epitopes of human FR-beta. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing anti-FR-beta VHH1 and VHH2 linked to CD28 and CD3_ signaling domains.
