The vector of anti-_V_3 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to simultaneously target two epitopes of human _V_3. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing anti-_V_3 VHH1 and VHH2 linked to CD28 and CD3_ signaling domains.
