Creative biolabs has developed Lentiviral CAR vector pCDCAR1 CCR4 (306) h(28OX_), which is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human CCR4. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a Lentiviral vector expressing scFv of anti-CCR4 antibody linked to a CD28 transmembrane domain/ endodomain and OX40, CD3-zeta signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of cardiovascular disorders, gastrointestinal and liver diseases, inflammatory diseases, metabolic diseases, hematological disorders.
