The vectors of dual chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human BCMA and CD38. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing two separate CARs, CAR I comprises scFv of anti-BCMA antibody linked to signaling domains, and CAR II comprises scFv of anti-CD38 antibody linked to signaling domains. The dual CAR-modified T cell activation requires either expression of BCMA and CD38 on tumor cells. And the product was designed for the treatment of multiple myeloma.
