The vector of anti-IGF-1R_ERBB3 tandem chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human IGF-1R and ERBB3. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing bivalent scFv of anti-IGF-1R_ERBB3 antibody and linked to CD28 and CD3_ signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Pancreatic Cancer.
