The vector of anti-ERBB3_EGFR tandem chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human ERBB3 and EGFR. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing bivalent scFv of anti-ERBB3_EGFR antibody and linked to CD28 and CD3_ signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma.
