The vector of anti-MUC1_PSCA tandem chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human MUC1 and PSCA. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing bivalent scFv of anti-MUC1_PSCA antibody and linked to CD28 and CD3_ signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of MUC1+/PSCA+ cancer.
