The vector of anti-TEM8_ERBB2 tandem chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human TEM8 and ERBB2. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing bivalent scFv of anti-TEM8_ERBB2 antibody and linked to CD28 and CD3_ signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of TEM8+/ERBB2+ cancer.
