Creative biolabs has developed retroviral CAR vector pMMLV Integrin _v_6 (A20) h(28_), which is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human Integrin _v_6. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a retroviral vector expressing scFv of anti-Integrin _v_6 antibody linked to a CD28 transmembrane domain and CD3-zeta signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Cholangiocarcinoma.
