The vector of anti-CD16 Antibody-Coupled T cell Receptor (ACTR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target Fc fragment of a therapeutic antibody. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing scFv of anti-CD16 antibody linked to co-stimulation (CD28 or 4-1BB) and CD3_ signaling domains. The universal - ACTR T cell can attack many different cancers.
