Cibisatamab is an anti-carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and anti-CD3 bispecific monoclonal antibody used for cancer therapy. Cibisatamab binds to both T cells and CEA-expressing tumor cells, which cross-links the T cells with the tumor cells.
